Privacy

What we collect

How long we keep it

Audio files are deleted 30 days after processing by default, and immediately if you turn that setting on. Transcripts and content packs stay in your account until you delete them or close the account. Closing an account removes everything within 30 days, apart from invoices we must retain for tax purposes.

Who else processes it

These providers process data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Training

Your recordings and generated content are never used to train models. The only thing we learn across customers is our list of biblical names and places — an editorial word list of public terms, which contains no personal data and nothing from your sermon.

Your choices

You can export or delete any sermon at any time from your account. Write to hello@sermon7.com to request a copy of everything we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you can complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children

The service is for adults working in a church context. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 16.
